Why A Bernedoodle?
A Bernedoodle is a mix between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle. They are generally low to non shedding and can inherit the fun, clever, goofiness of the poodle and the loyal and calm demeanor of the Bernese.
Bernedoodles can come in a variety of colours and patterns. Some can be pure black, tuxedo (black with white markings), black with brown points and tri coloured. Many people desire a pup with the Bernese colouring with the curly coat which can be quite tricky for a breeder to achieve resulting in long waitlists.
Bernedoodles and Goldendoodles tend to have similar personality traits and similar coats.
